Vintage 1992 Prime Time Toys Dizzy Doodler Jr. Motorized Crayon that wiggles with crayons in original damaged package.  Bubble partially coming off but was taped on.  There is black tape on the back of the package.  Crayons do not appear to be used.  Item is being sold as a collectible as it may no longer function since it's 30 years old.  Battery is included in item but may have corrosion due to it's age.  Please view photos closely.
